Founded in 2019 by Chris and Zoe Michael, Yamas provides a modern twist on Mediterranean. It is easy to customize a healthy and delicious meal at Yamas, with a build-your-own Mediterranean street food concept. Michael Family Restaurant Group was founded by a family of dreamers and travelers; Yamas brings all the flavors of their native Greece + Cyprus with high quality ingredients, house-made dressings and spreads, and fresh, creative toppings. The Michael Family moved to Winston-Salem in 2007 and entered the culinary scene founding Mama Zoe Michael’s, followed by Waldo’s Wings and Cin Cin Burger Bar. Yamas Mediterranean Street Food is the newest concept added to their portfolio. Both the Downtown and Hanes Mall locations of Yamas are locally owned and operated with integrity and attention to detail, especially when it comes to your health!
